Kiwifruit vine is a vigorous, deciduous, woody-stemmed, climbing vine with broad, heart-shaped leaves. Attractive twining stems with fragrant clusters of cup-shaped, creamy-white flowers delight in late spring. Delicious fruit in late summer.

Issai Self-Fruitful: Self fruiting. Popular, as it is one of the hardiest and because it bears both male and female flowers, allowing for easy fruit production. Smaller than fuzzy kiwi, often sweeter. Smooth skin, no fuzz. Cold hardy. Very high in vitamin C.

Tomuri Male: Tender kiwi variety. Tomuri is the male vine that pollinizes the female vine, Vincent. If grown in the center of a group of Vincent vines, 1 Tomuri can pollinate up to 8 Vincents. Does not produce fruit. Pretty ornamental plant with large, heart shaped, rounded leaves. Has an extended blooming period. Plant 10’ - 15’ apart. Water frequently and deeply in very hot weather.

Vincent Female: Vigorous-growing, deciduous vine produces tasty, fuzzy, egg-size fruit. Needs little winter chill and is ideal for milder climates. Despite it's name, Vincent is female, requiring a 'Tomuri' variety male-flowered vine to produce fruit. Pretty ornamental plant with large, heart shaped, rounded leaves. Fruit develops best if thinned.
